Reports reaching us from the Supreme Court reveal Governor Rochas Ewele Okorocha of Imo state has been given a cause to smile again after the highest judicial body in Nigeria threw out the petition of the People's Democratic Party candidate, Emeka Ihedioha challenging his emergence as Governor of Imo state.

Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo state has emerged victorious at the Supreme court following a petition filed to challenge his victory at the gubernatorial polls in Imo state by his People's Democratic Party counterpart, Emeka Ihedioha.
The legal team of Ihedioha gallantly failed to make a valid claim concerning the lack of free and fair gubernatorial election in Imo state which allegedly disefranchised the supporters of the PDP.
