Photos have emerged online showing how traffic offenders in Edo state were forced to cut grasses and sweep the road as punishment for committing various kinds of traffic offences in the state.
The traffic offenders were made to serve out their punishment yesterday, Tuesday April 30th.
According to reports, the offenders were arrested by the state traffic agency and then arraigned before a mobile court where they were ordered to serve corporal punishment.
