A Nigerian woman has been arrested and taken into custody after she tried to kill an officer in Italy.

A photo of a Nigerian woman who tried to shoot a police officer after she was arrested in Italy for allegedly ingesting drugs has surfaced.
The Nigerian woman who has been identified as Blessing Rapuruchukwu Okafor, was apprehended at the Treviso Airport after allegedly ingesting drugs and was taken by the officials to the hospital in a bid to evacuate them.
It was gathered that when the Nigerian woman reached the hospital, she asked to use the bathroom and was escorted by a police officer to watch her.
Moments later, the Nigerian woman allegedly attacked the police officer and took the gun from the holster.
According to the police, the Nigerian suspect tried to shoot the gun but it was on safety and didn’t fire. The police officer struggled to collect the gun back with the help of other security agents.
The suspect is currently in police custody.
