There are rumours that members of the dreaded Boko Haram sect might have invaded Maiduguri to inflict damage.

Hundrends of civilain fleeings their homes as suspected to be Boko haram terrorists are currently attacking near Maiduguri, the state capital, residents said.
They came in large number to Molai general area an outskirt of Maiduguri.
According to resident, Ali Umaru said Molai general area came under attack shortly Muslims faithful break their fasting.
Ali told SaharaReporters on the phone, "We are under serious gunfire from every angle.I cant speak now, Boko haram are currently in Molai everyone is runing."
A security source however confirmed that fighter jet underway.
