A video has emerged on social media showing the shocking moment some residents were seen scooping fuel from a fallen tanker.
The incident reportedly happened today, Thursday.
Local reports show that the tanker fell over at the tollgate in Ogidi, Anambra state and the residents who saw an opportunity to get some free fuel, stormed the site to scoop the inflammable liquid.
The video of the residents scooping has caused quite a stir on social media with many users wondering why people would put their lives at risk in this manner.
