A kidnapper who pretended to be a mad man has been caught while trying to kidnap a child in Lagos.

A man pretending to be mad has been caught in Egbeda area of Lagos while attempting to kidnap a child.
Ifetemi, a social media user who shared the story revealed that many had believed was a madman, only for him to be caught in the process of kidnapping a child.
Ifetemi warned Nigerians to be vigilant as kidnappers roam streets looking for who to abduct.
