Popular award-winning Nollywood star, Ini Edo is taking a walk down memory lane to reflect on her journey in the film industry so far.
The dark-skinned screen diva shared a video of her an old film she starred in and said she never thought she would come this far as she only followed her passion.
Sharing the video, the actress also gave advice on career choice, patience and pride. She wrote,
“Sober reflection of how far God has brought me. I was just a young girl who loved to act, never envisaged my passion would bring me this far. The journey, the trials, failures, mistakes, tribulations gave me the consistency and the staying power (still becoming). Allow yourself grow through the process, instant success is not sustainable. Follow your passion and not ‘THE TREND” in choosing a career. Be patient and be teachable, keep your head down and allow your work speak for you because “Pride goeth before a fall”. Sharing a video to celebrate the success, the star said she didn’t even know that she was loved that much as she doesn’t even post frequently on the social media platform.
