A Nigerian soldier has been caught on camera dehumanizing a man after forcing him to frog jump inside the rain on a busy road in Lagos.
The video captured by an eyewitness, did not reveal what the driver did to warrant such ungodly treatment.
Nigerians have condemned the soldier as powerdrunk and should be punished as such a sight should never be seen in a could like Nigeria.
