The suspects, who were released from the Abolongo Prison in April, were alleged to have in company with three others invaded the hostel on May 13, 2019.

“The arrested suspects confessed to the crime and confirmed that they were released from the Abolongo Prison on April 25, 2019.

“Their confessional statements later led to the arrest of two of their criminal receivers, who identified themselves as Oloko Qudus and Simon Chucks.

“Five laptops and seven expensive cell phones belonging to some of the students were recovered from the hoodlums.”
