President Muhammadu Buhari will declare open a three-day retreat for the confirmed ministerial nominees later on Wednesday, November 4.
The retreat, which will run till Friday, will hold at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Presidential spokesman, Mr. Femi Adesina, confirmed the development late last night. It is believed that the exercise would herald the inauguration of the ministers.
