The robbery attack that occurred in Igarra, Edo state last night left a vigilante member dead including four members of the robbery gang.
The attack of the theives that raided Igarra on Wednesday night met the resistance of vigilantes in Makeke town.
The robbers killed one of the vigilantes and escaped into the forest. Miffed by the death of their colleagues, the vigilantes mobilized into the bush and confronted the robbers. Four of the robbers were reportedly killed by the vigilante.
Also, the robbers abandoned 1 pump action and seven AK47 to enable them free movement.
