The reality TV star, Buddy Valastro, was arrested in New York, early Thursday morning for driving while intoxicated. He screamed, "You can't arrest me. I'm the cake boss!"

Remember the reality TV show, 'Cake Boss'? The reality TV star, Buddy Valastro, who owns several cake shops and is reknown for creating unique custom-made cakes, was arrested in New York, early Thursday morning for driving while intoxicated.

The New York Police Department has confirmed to Yahoo Insider that Buddy was driving a 2014 yellow Corvette when he began swerving through traffic. He was stopped and subjected to a Breathalyzer (a test that estimates blood alcohol content from a breath sample). He failed the Breathanalyzer.
During his drunk driving bust, he screamed, "You can't arrest me. I'm the cake boss!" Of course, he was arrested. He was however released without bail.
Valastro, has been charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired, two similar charges which depend largely on how intoxicated a driver is. The TLC reality star went before a judge on Thursday morning.
