Senate President, Bukola Saraki's bid to stop his arrest, prosecution and trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal in Abuja has been struck out by a Federal High Court.

According to a report on DailyPost, a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, has today, struck out Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki’s bid to stop his arrest, prosecution and trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT, in Abuja.
The presiding judge, Ibrahim Buba, who delivered the ruling on the suit earlier this Friday, said the court lacked the jurisdiction to hear the case.
It can be recalled that the embattled Senate President is undergoing prosecution at the CCT over a 13-count charge bordering on assets falsification and corruption.
