Goodluck Jonathan and family leave Presidential Villa and move into Glass House

As May 29 is just around the corner, the current tenants at Aso Rock have moved out days before their rent expires. The First Family have now relocated and Aso Rock awaits Muhammadu Buhari.

President Goodluck Jonathan and his family have relocated from his main official residence at the presidential villa to another section of Aso Rock, in preparation for the handover ceremony on May 29, The Nation reports.
 
The presidential family now lives at the Glass House to allow for the renovation of the main official residence of the president for its next occupant, General Muhammadu Buhari, investigation has shown.
 
President Jonathan is scheduled to conduct Buhari and Vice President-elect Yemi Osinbajo round the complex on Thursday, May 27.
 
It's also said that the President and his wife have moved their personal belongings out of the official residence to their Otuoke, Bayelsa State residence following the release of the result of the March 28 presidential election.
