The 74-year old popular politician from Imo state married his much younger wife in 2013 in a widely reported traditional marriage and church wedding ceremonies which took place in September of 2013.
The billionaaire businessman was then 72-years old when he married the then 26-year-old woman two years after he lost his first wife.
Frances who now heavily pregnant in her second trimester is currently in the US preparing to have her baby.
