KWARAPOLY Expels Eight Students For Exam Malpractice

According to the statement, their expulsion is in line with the provision of the Students' Information and Regulations Handbook 2014.

 

The Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, has expelled eight  students for  examination malpractice, the News Agency of Nigeria reports.

The  Principal Assistant Registrar, Daramola Olayinka,  said this in a statement  on Friday.

He said the school decided to expel the students  after the authorities  considered the report of the academic board in respect of  their  involvement in examination malpractice.

According to the statement, their  expulsion is in line with the provision of the Students’ Information and Regulations Handbook 2014.

The statement read,  “You, therefore, cease to be students of the polytechnic and you should hand over all polytechnic’s property in your possession “to your heads of department or the appropriate polytechnic authority.”
