As expected, the Peoples Democratic Party has expressed its reservation over the long awaited unveiling of the portfolios of the newly appointed ministers.

The opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has said the much-expected assignment of portfolios to the new ministers did not exude confidence and proof of change agenda in the system.

The party, in a statement by its National Publicity Secretary, Chief Olisa Metuh, on Wednesday, November 11, said the new ministers should however hit the ground running to improve the country's economy.

PDP said the present administration had so far played heavily on dramatizing routine procedures and processes, which it said was even glaring in the prolonged swearing-in ceremony of the ministers.

It added that with the inauguration of the ministers yesterday, the APC administration should fully resolve the issues on the actual position of the nation’s economy and the direction therein.
