The man who intended to bleed to death was saved after he shouted for help because he couldn't endure the pains.
His severed manhood and scrotum was on the floor when paramedics rushed in to help him. The incident happened in Kranspoort, pumalanga on Monday.
It is alleged the man placed the severed organs on the edge of the tub, but later became anxious, and alerted a security guard. The security guard immediately notified the man’s mother.
He was fully conscious throughout the ordeal as paramedics tried to piece things together.
He was taken to Groblersdal Hospital by Life24 ambulance services of Groblersdal and is in a stable condition.
