Malawian controversial prophet, Austin Liabunya has reiterated his earlier prediction on the Zimbabwean President, Robert Mugabe, claiming he (Mugabe) will not live beyond December 31st, this year.

Liabunya, says he has faced routine death threats since he delivered prophecies of doom on Presidents Peter Mutharika and Robert Mugabe.

10 months after he made his controversial prediction, the preacher has expressed no regrets saying Mugabe will die before of this year, 2015.

According to NewsDayUK, Liabuya said Zimbabwe will be “restored” to be one of the richest countries in Africa after Mugabe’s death.

The popular Malawian prophet has built a name for himself over the past few years because of his accurate predictions of political events in Malawi. His followers say his prophesy over former Malawian President Joyce Banda’s defeat in 2014 was accurate.

However, the controversial prophet predicted on the same night that Zambian opposition leader Hakainde Hichilema would become the new President of Zambia this year, which turned out to be untrue.

Mugabe who is very vocal has refused to make a statement on his death prophesies. Mugabe is 91 and he has been in power for a staggering 28 years with no plans to step down anytime soon.
