A soldier has flexed his muscle after he was caught disobeying traffic law in Lagos state.
The army official caught on tape assaulting a LASTMA official
An Army official stopped for flouting traffic law in Lagos state have been caught on camera assaulting men of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA.
It was gathered that the offiicial was stopped for flouting traffic law.
The soldier was caught using the road track meant only for the Lagos Bus Rapid Transit, BRT along Onipanu road and when he was stopped by the LASTMA officials, he and one of his colleague decided to engage them in a heated argument that led to one of the soldiers punching the LASTMA official.
