Former Minister of the Niger Delta and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, Godsday Orubebe seems to be planning a defection to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Orubebe, who attracted controversy after disrupting the announcement of presidential election results in March, gave a hint of his plans via Twitter on Tuesday, May 19, 2015.
“I have concluded plans to join my folks in the APC to champion and sustain the movement for a better Niger Delta in the new administration,” Orubebe tweeted.
“Details will be released soon. Thank you all,” he added.
