An autistic boy has taken the life of his mother leaving neighbours shocked beyond.

Police have arrested a 16-year-old who lived alone with his mom after the young boy killed his school teacher mom.
Cops arrested him after being called to the family home at 7.23am yesterday and found the mother who is a school teacher dead. Shocked neighbours in Blyth, Northumberland, said the victim lived alone with her son, who was never seen playing outside.
A neighbours told The Sun: “She was lovely. I’ve known her for 16 years. She did not bother anyone and kept herself to herself.
“Her son was always on his own. He had autism. She absolutely loved him. The father wasn’t around much so they just had each other.
“He would always walk around with his hood up. She loved him a lot and would do anything for him but she had said to me recently that he was getting too much for her.
“She should have had more help with his autism as she told me that he was a handful and was getting too much for her and too strong. But she loved him that much she thought she could handle him. She would tell me that he would give her quite a lot of verbal abuse and frighten her.”
Another neighbour said: “Susan was always very quiet and nice. She would do anything for her son.”
Last night cops charged the boy with murder and he was due to appear before North Tyneside magistrates today.
A Northumbria Police spokesperson said: “Police have charged a teenager in connection with a murder in Blyth. At 7.23am this morning we received a report expressing concern for a woman.
“Officers attended and found the body of a woman inside. She was pronounced dead at the scene.”
