The smiling schoolgirl wore the gold ring between her nostrils, along with earrings, a necklace and rings, as she walked hand-in-hand with her reality star mother.
For the outing, North wore a karate-style white outfit, while her famous parents were clad in black suits, with Kim wearing a sheer blouse under hers.
