The heartbreaking clip of a sad bird mourning its pal has gone viral as more than 600,000 people have viewed it.
A yellow bird pecks hopefully at its lost green friend, which is about to be wrapped up in tissue and taken away. But as the owner tries to wrap the deceased animal, his persistent friend tries to interrupt by trying to roll the paper back.
The yellow bird then repeatedly pecks at the other, as if trying to revive him.The video has attracted hundreds of views on YouTube, and has been flooded with comments from viewers asking the owners to replace his friend with a new bird.
