Reports of a hostage situation at the Radisson Blu hotel in Mali has emerged where several gunmen are said to have stormed just around 7am this morning killing three and holding 170 hostages until this moment.
A group of 10 armed Jihadist fighters this Friday morning, November 20, stormed a luxury hotel, Radisson Blu hotel, in Bamako, the capital of Mali holding hostage guests and killing at least three.
An eyewitness in Bamako said: "Very early in the morning there was gunfire. Apparently it's an attempt to take hostages"
The hotel manager says the hotel has 190 rooms and is 90% full.
Explosions have been heard at the scene, with gunfire on the seventh floor.
