A long snake was killed in the Niger Delta part of the country by some young locals who displayed it publicly.

This long reptile was killed in the Sapele area of Delta State around the new road axis.
The pseudo-hunters displayed it for the purpose of getting a buyer who could pay some good money for it. Efforts were constantly made to estimate the actual length of the dangerous animal.
Nigerians have fallen in love with the consumption of wild animals in recent times. There have been reports of people making delicacies from snake meat and that will certainly be the fate of this one.
