A mother and her child have died after falling into a water well in Enugu state. May their souls RIP.
The well
The Igboetiti Local Government Area of Enugu state, witnessed a tragedy on Wednesday Nov. 11, when a mother and daughter identified as Uche Nweze and Ukamaka allegedly fell into a well and drowned.
According to a statement by Enugu State Police Command, the corpses were recovered and deposited at Zim Uzo Hospital Mortuary Igbo etiti for post mortem examination.
Meanwhile, investigation has since been launched to find out the circumstances surrounding their death. It was learnt that four suspects are alredayhelping the police in their investigations.
