A notorious phone thief has been caught on CCTV stealing a lady's phone in Lagos, stunning social media users.

A video has emerged online showing the startling moment a notorious phone thief struck in Lagos, making away with a lady's phone.
The thief who is apparently physically challenged, has made headlines before when he was caught by CCTV stealing things from shops. Apparently, he is not done with his bad habit yet.
This particular incident happened at the Rangla Punjab restaurant in Victoria Island, Lagos. In the video, the thief is seen standing alone and looking about innocently.
Suddenly, he reaches out and picks a phone on a table behind him while no one was watching and then casually walks out as if nothing happened.
