Man Shares His Encounter With Tribalistic Igbo Traders
A man whose father is Igbo and his mother is Yoruba, has narrated his encounter with two tribalistic Igbo men.
@PeterROCK_ said he was in a store buying shoes when he mentioned that he is Igbo though he can't speak the language. He said the trader and his male companion then told him to make sure he doesn't marry a Yoruba woman because "they are not good and will bring no good".
Unknown to the men talking, the man they were addressing has a Yoruba mother and their opinion rubbed him the wrong way.
He went on to call out the older generation for their blatant tribalism.
