As the spate of bombings and insecurity continues to soar, the Federal government has begun to take precautionary measures.

According to Vanguard, the Federal Government has shut down some of its prisons following external attacks on them.
Controller General of the Nigeria Prisons Service, Dr Peter Ekpendu disclosed this today during a meeting with the Minister of Interior, Lt. Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau.
