Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Madueke has taken a bold and wise step as she was alleged to have shifted her flight schedule to London days earlier, in a bid to board the same flight with Muhammadu Buahri.
Alison-Madueke was originally billed to travel next week but she supposedly asked the airline to move her flight forward so she could be on the same plane as Buhari.
The outgoing Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke might have decided to plead and beg for a hand not to be chopped off as she has reportedly flown to London on the same flight as President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari in order to have a chance to speak with him.
Alison-Madueke was originally billed to travel next week but she supposedly asked the airline to move her flight forward so she could be on the same plane as Buhari, according to Sahara Reporters.
The duo reportedly left the country at about 9am today, May 22, 2015, on a British Airways flight.
Buhari is expected to return to the country on Tuesday, May 26, in time for his inauguration on Friday, May 29.
