A young and energetic official of the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency has painfully lost his life in the line of duty.
Prince Shenuga Sunday Segun, the deceased
A LASTMA official by the name, Prince Shenuga Sunday Segun (aka SS) lost his life yesterday, 24th of November while trying to assist a motorist in distress on the third mainland bridge.
The official was knocked down by a vehicle while he was trying to help another broken down vehicle on the bridge to move to a safer side and to also notify other motorists of the impediment ahead.
Information gathered indicated that he is the monitoring official that always gives situation report of the happenings within the axis to ensure the effective performance of the agency in managing traffic issues.
