A student of the Federal university of technology Akure, Ondo State took his own life after he found out that he had an extra year.
Tragedy struck the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State, when a final year student of the Department of Engineering, simply identified as Festus, killed himself after checking his results and discovering he will be spending an extra year in the school.
Other details regarding the suicide act is stil quite sketchy for now and his body has been transferred to a mortuary as police have already begun an investigation.
