An old woman has taken adverse measures to solve a difficult situation after she strangled her 73-years-old husband for a reason many would consider too extreme.

A 72-year-old Japanese woman has shocked family members and neighbours by strangling her 73-year-old husband to death, police in Miyoshi, Aichi Prefecture said on Sunday.
The woman who was tired of providing care to her husband suffering from dementia took to such severe measures due to the strain the man had caused her, their son revealed to police.
According to police, the suspect, Natsuko Sasano, has admitted to strangling her husband Joichi at around 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, Fuji TV reported. The couple’s second-oldest son discovered the body of his father lying on a futon and called police.
