The deceased took a poisonous substance in his mother's presence before he slumped and died.
The Deceased, Aboh Ogbeche
A 32-year-old man identified as Aboh Ogbeche from Cross River State has been confirmed dead after committing suicide at his family residence in Lawanson, Surulere, Lagos State.
It was gathered that the deceased was said to have gulped a poisonous substance in the presence of his mother before he began to convulse on Friday July 17th,2020.
A close friend of the deceased said the mother, who was shocked by the incident, raised the alarm and Aboh was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
It was gathered that the deceased did not leave behind a suicide note or told any of his friends about his plan to commit suicide. However, friends and family members have taken to social media to pen tributes to him.
