Reports have it that Justice Danladi Umar of the CCT who is handling the case of Senate President, Bukola Saraki over a 13-count charge of false declaration of assets is summoned at the National Assembly.

Justice Danladi Umar, chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, is currently before the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Public Petitions, according to The Leadership news.
Danladi is expected to defend himself against allegations of corrupt practices levelled against him by an NGO, Anti-Corruption Network.
