A man has lost his life after he was reportedly chased and hit with a stick by some police officials in Warri.
Ifeanyi Eze
A man in his early 20s, identified as Ifeanyi Eze, has allegedly been murdered by some police officers in Warri, Delta State.
It was gathered that the incident occurred on Sunday when Ifeanyi who was a tricycle driver, was retiring for the day .
According to a source , the police officers attached to Ekpan division, allegedly chased him and hit him with a stick till he fell off his tricycle.
“His Keke was taken away while they left him writhing in pains on the ground . We had to rush him to the hospital but he died on the way,” the source said .
