A tanker reportedly conveying a full load of fuel experienced a break failure thereby crashing into a shop.
The scene of the accident
A tanker with a full load of fuel crashed into a shop along Target road, Calabar. The tanker climbed over a gutter before crashing into the shop. The number of casualties or the extent of the damage couldn't be ascertained.
Reports have it that some opportunists stormed the scene of the accident to scoop fuel despite the volatility of the situation.
