Unconfirmed report has it that the former Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC, and aspirant in the last governorship primaries of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Timi Alaibe, is making last minutes arrangements to defect to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He is scheduled to address his supporters at his Kolokuma /Okpokuma local government area of the State shortly. Timipreye Sylva of the APC is going to slug it out with the incumbent governor of Bayelsa state of the PDP, Seriake Dickson as Bayelsans decide today.
