Butchers were spotted cutting the escapee lion into bits to fit into the cooking pot for consumption immediately after it was killed by security operatives.

Government officials rallied round the mishap to prevent casualties and the lion was swiftly killed by operatives of the Operation Safe Haven.
However, a dramatic photo evidence (above) showed butchers dissecting the dead animal for consumption purpose.
Unconfirmed reports have it that the lion's meat was shared among workers who took it home for different delicacies.
