Paralympic star, Oscar Pistorius, appeared in court this morning for the first time since his manslaughter convictions were overturned to murder charges last week.
The South African athlete who was charged with the gruesome murder of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp on Februray 2013, appeared in the High Court in Pretoria on Tuesday morning, December 8, where he will apply for bail.
The Supreme Court of Appeal set aside the athlete's culpable homicide conviction last week and instead convicted him of murder.
Deputy judge president Aubrey Ledwaba has been assigned to hear the case.
