A footage which was recorded on a video camera attached to someone's helmet, shows the moment the plane crashes into the ground.
Scary: The moment a plane was forced to make an emergency landing in a muddy field after engine problems
A video of a real plane crash taken by a GoPro attached to the helmet of a skydiver has revealed a glimpse into what it's really like to be in one.
A Mirror Online reports reveals that the footage was taken by a member of a skydiving group after they found themselves in the terrifying situation. They had arranged to jump from a friend's Cessna, a small piston-powered aircraft.
But the trip took a turn for the worst and luckily, their pilot managed to ground the plane without any major injuries to himself or his passengers.
The video footage shows the plane flying over land before hurtling down to the ground as the camera shakes.
Fall: The passengers were forced to cling onto ropes to steady themselves during the crash
Other passengers are seen grabbing for rope to keep themselves safe in the plane as it spins upside down. The camera is then knocked as the landing gear is ripped off from underneath and the plane ends up on its back.
One man in a blue jumpsuit can be seen desperately steadying himself as groans of pain are heard in the background.
The skydiving team, from America, were lucky to be alive and all - including the pilot - escaped relatively unharmed.
One of the group posted the video on YouTube, writing: “Pilot did a good job handling a bad situation once we found ourselves in it.
“Thank God the plane did not catch fire after flipping over. Everyone survived with relatively minor injuries.”
