Youth Corpers are sent to serve their country but this young lady met her death in the process. The NYSC member named Yetunde was found dead after visiting Shoprite in Illorin, Kwara State.
Unfortunate news reaching us today, reveal that Miss Yetunde Shukurat Idowu, a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Member has been murdered in Ilorin.
The young lady was killed in the capital city of Kwara state by unknown persons.
DAILY TRUST reports that Idowu who was serving with the state Broadcasting Corporation (Radio Kwara) went to the famous Shoprite Mall in Ilorin on Saturday but did not return until her corpse was found on Sunday night at a spot inside the GRA.
The Kwara state police command says it has informed her parents of her demise and commenced investigation into the matter.
