After an initial refusal to grant the Lagos Panel of Inquiry access into the military hospital, the panel has succeeded.

Access has finally been given to the Lagos Panel of Inquiry into the military hospital in Ikoyi after they were initially stopped from entering.
Recall that there was a standoff after the panelist paid an unscheduled visit to the hospital to inspect dead bodies at the morgue.
However, the Lagos Panel of Inquiry left the Military hospital Ikoyi after unsuccessful attempt to inspect the hospital's morgue. They were told that the hospital is under renovation.
It was gathered that they later went back and were granted access.
Recall that the panel is on an assignment to unravel the incidents that happened when soldiers shot at protesters at Lekki toll gate.
But it is not clear whether they were allowed to inspect the dead bodies.
