This comes after she recently was spotted having a swell time in company of her friends as they drink and smoke.
In a video that was shared on social media, the billionaire wife was with a couple of friend, drinking, smoking, and partying all night.
However, shortly after the fun time, Regina who seemed to be high from all she had at the party was spotted in another video driving herself home.
