4 Children were just killed by a lightening strike on Children's day at Gure town in Baruten Local Government Area of Kwara State.
VANGUARD reports that the lightening struck during a downpour between 12 midnight of Tuesday and 1 am of yesterday and all the children were killed instantly.
Three of the children are siblings while the fourth child is a family friend.
The remains of the victims have been buried in accordance with Islamic rites.
