It will be recalled that Oyediran died on Friday, October 16. She was buried in Ibadan, Oyo state.

In attendance at her funeral were the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo and wife, Dolapo, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor of Lagos, Jide Sanwo-Olu, Chief Bisi Akande, and Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dr. Dapo Abiodun
