The media personality said ladies in a relationship needs to possess permission from their lovers before they can flirt with him.
He however gave single ladies the opportunity to flirt with him saying they can mingle.
''This year, DO NOT flirt with me unless you are SINGLE or posses written permission from your lover to mingle'', he warned.
