A photo has surfaced showing the founder of DAAR Communications, Chief Raymond Dokpesi in a VIP Cell in Kuje prison before he was granted bail yesterday.

The embattled media chief, Raymod Dokpesi was locked up in a VIP cell in Kuje Prison before he was eventually released on Wednesday, December 16.
The DAAR communications founder was implicated in the controversial $2billion shady arms deal as he was accused of sharing part of the booty.
He is one of the alleged accomplices standing trial in the arms and ammunitions procurement sacndal.
