#ENDSARS: Lagos Judicial Panel Pays N10m Compensation to Woman Shot By Police Officer (Photos)

A victim of police brutality has been compensated alongside others by the Lagos judicial panel.


Lagos judicial panel compensates victims
 
A woman, Hannah Olugbodi  shot by a police officer has received N10m compensation from the Lagos State judicial panel hearing cases of police brutality.
 
Another victim of police brutality, Kudirat Obayomi was also compensated with N10m.
 
A check was issued to both of them on Friday.
 
The two were among other victims of police brutality compensated by the panel.
 
 
Some other petitioners also received compensation different amounts.
 
Justice Doris Okuwobi (retrd) in her reccomendation also noted that erring officers who have commited these abuses are sanctioned.
